Ciabatta, Tomato & Herb Appetizer

1 loaf ciabatta, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

2 containers grape heirloom tomatoes, sliced

1 package Boursin cheese

3 cups basil, chopped

3 cups Italian parsley, chopped

Handful of dill, chopped

Step 1: Slice loaf of ciabatta in 1/2 inch slices.

Step 2: Brush olive oil on both sides of bread slices.

Step 3: Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place slices of bread on the grill until charred.

Step 4: Combine crushed garlic, salt, and red wine vinegar in a bowl.

Step 5: Cut tomatoes into fourths and add to bowl.

Step 6: Chop herbs and mix into bowl.

Step 7: Spread Boursin cheese onto slice of bread. Top with tomato and herb mixture.
